VScanDocs

VScanDocs is an android mobile app, which enables one to scan hard copy documents and convert multiple scanned images to a single PDF document with ease by providing a user-friendly interface.

e-Learning has increased the need for digital transfer of documents between the Teachers and the Students. VScanDocs was developed to address this need for digital documentation.

Teachers can use VScanDocs to convert their handwritten notes, work sheets, assignments, test papers as PDF documents to share. VScanDocs provides a special feature to enter filename before generating the PDF; this feature will help identify the documents easily. It also enables to scan a document with many pages like books with ease and convenience by providing the option to save few scanned pages and allows to continue adding pages later.

Students can use VScanDocs to convert their handwritten notes, completed worksheets, assignments done, answer sheets for online tests conducted as PDF documents to share for assessment. The students can enter their Name, Class & Section, Assignment details as their file name for easy identification of documents by the teachers for assessment.

e-Learning has increased the opportunities for conducting online classes from the comfort of their homes to students located globally; not just in terms of academics but in art forms, music, dance, hobbies, fitness, personality development, etc. VScanDocs facilitates them with feature to secure their course materials and documents by adding their own password encryption to scanned documents.
